Comcast reserves the right to investigate alleged violations of this Policy, including collecting information from the user(s) concerned and the complaining party, if any, and investigating hardware and data on Comcast`s servers and network. During an investigation, Comcast may suspend the affected account(s) and/or remove or block material that may violate this Policy. You expressly authorize and agree that Comcast and its suppliers may cooperate with (i) law enforcement authorities to investigate alleged violations of the law, and (ii) and system administrators of other Internet service providers or other computer networks or facilities to enforce this Policy. Upon termination of your service account, Comcast may delete all files, programs, data, emails, and other messages associated with your account (and all sub accounts). Comcast uses a variety of tools and techniques to manage its network, provide the Service, and ensure compliance with this Policy and the Subscription Agreement. These tools and techniques are dynamic, such as the network and its use, and can change frequently. These network management activities may include, for example: (i) identifying spam and preventing its delivery to customers` email accounts, (ii) detecting malicious Internet traffic and preventing the spread of viruses or other harmful code or content, (iii) temporarily reducing traffic priority for users who are the main causes of current network congestion, and (iv) the use of other tools; and Techniques that Comcast may need to implement to achieve its goal. To offer the best possible high-speed Internet experience to all its customers. If you choose to receive electronic communications, you must keep your email address up to date. Apart from your XFINITY Home subscription agreement, which will be sent to the email address you provided to us at the time of signing, we reserve the right to send electronic records to any email address we have stored for you. Until you notify the Company as described above, you agree to receive electronically all recordings, communications, agreements or disclosures made to me by the Company in connection with your relationship with the Company. access another person`s computer or computer system, device, sensor, camera, network, software or data without their knowledge or consent; violate the security of another user or system; or attempt to bypass user authentication or the security of a host, network, or account.

This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for you, connecting to or using a server or account to which you are not expressly authorized, or verifying the security of other hosts, networks or accounts without express permission; Comcast prefers to inform customers of inappropriate activities and give them a reasonable amount of time to take corrective action. Comcast also prefers that customers resolve any dispute or disagreement they have with others, whether customers or not, directly without Comcast`s intervention. However, if the Service is used in a manner that Comcast or its suppliers believe, in its sole discretion, violates this Policy, Comcast or its suppliers may, in the circumstances, take any action they deem appropriate, with or without notice. These measures include, but are not limited to, the temporary or permanent removal of content, the filtering of Internet transmissions, and the immediate suspension or termination of all or part of the Service. Neither Comcast nor its affiliates, suppliers or agents accept any responsibility for any of these reactive actions. These measures are not Comcast`s exclusive remedy and Comcast may, with or without notice, take any other legal or technical action it deems appropriate. The Service may not be used to communicate or distribute emails or other forms of communication that violate Section I of this Policy. As described in Section III of this Policy below, Comcast uses appropriate network management tools and techniques to protect customers from receiving spam and sending spam (often without their knowledge from an infected computer). Comcast`s anti-spam approach is explained in the FAQ under “What does Comcast do about spam?” under www.xfinity.com/support/internet/reducing-spam-email/. From time to time, Comcast and its affiliates or agents (collectively, “we”, “us” or “company”) may provide you with certain notices, disclosures or contracts, some of which are required by law to be “in writing”. The federal E-SIGN law and certain state laws allow us to provide you with such written notices, disclosures, or contracts electronically with your consent. These laws also allow the use of electronic signatures.

The following describes the terms and conditions for the electronic provision of such communications, disclosures or contracts, as well as for the use of electronic signatures. This consent applies to all electronic records or signatures associated with any of your Comcast Services as long as you subscribe to the Services, including your subscription agreement, service messages, and communications related to product or price changes (collectively, the “Electronic Records”). We also reserve the right to provide you with notices, disclosures or contracts in paper form, even if you have consented to receive electronic records. The Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Comcast and govern your use of this Site and fully supersede all prior agreements between you and Comcast with respect to this Site. All private Internet customers of XFINITY (the “Customer”, “the User”, “you” or “your”) and all other users of the Service must comply with this Policy. Your inability or inability by others to comply with this Policy may result in the suspension or termination of your Service Accounts or their Service Accounts. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others you authorize to use your Service are aware of this Policy and agree to abide by it.

If you are unwilling to comply with this Policy, you must immediately stop using the Service and notify Comcast so that it can close your account. Comcast reserves the right to terminate your use of this Site at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms or any other terms, agreements or policies that apply to this Site. .
